Refunds are not available, ALL returns will be issued store credit. Once item is received, please allow 3-5 business days for store credit to be issued.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. Any requests submitted after the 7 day period will not be accepted.

Return shipping postage is the role responsibility of the customer. If wrong/faulty item is sent, the Diary Of Mi'Couture will cover the cost.

To be eligible, all merchandise must be received back in its original form. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Sale items, bodysuits, items with built in undergarments, worn items, items with scents, altered items, gift cards, free/promotional items, pop-up shop purchases, or accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. All orders will be shipped through our standard shipping option of 5-7 business days.  Delivery times vary based on USPS.
